Ridmila Sudasinghe is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Business Immigration team. She handles a wide variety of immigration matters including transitioning to various non-immigrant work visas and immigrant visa matters, including PERM labor certification. Ridmila has experience assisting clients of all sizes in various industries such as healthcare, hospitality, e-software services, finance, and technology, among others.

Prior to joining NAWLAW, she served as a law clerk for a business immigration firm, also assisting with the various stages of nonimmigrant visa petitions and the PERM labor certification process. Ridmila has previously completed internships with the NYS Division of Human Rights, New York City Law Department, and the Tenants’ Rights Advocacy Clinic at St. John’s Law University. She has also completed an internship with the Children’s Defense Fund, where she focused on immigration policy reform for immigrant youth such as unaccompanied youth and DACA recipients. Ridmila is fluent in English and Sinhalese.
